Fix typo error on v2023.2 release schedule

The date should not change, it shows the creation date. In order to show the date of the last update you can use lastmod as in https://gitlab.apertis.org/docs/apertis-website/-/blob/master/content/architecture/apis-and-services.md

Closing this MR as there was no activity and the change does not seems to be required.
