Fix sidebar menu page focus
Highlighting and scroll into view of the current page in the navigation menu was not working/absent on the Apertis website
With these changes
- the current page is highlighted in the navigation menu (analogous to current section)
- menu is scrolled after pageload, so that the active page in the navigation menu is visible
