We have a number of URLs on the website that point to the old wiki. Since
these documents have either moved or we can provide a more direct link,
update the URLs. This will improve our ability to check for broken links.

Information about the reference hardware and supported platforms is a bit
jumbled and out of date. Split out the listing of reference hardware by
architecture to avoid having one massive long page. Shift out development
related details.

The containers page covers a proof-of-concept implementation of an
OSTree-based LXC container. This work became redundant, with the required
support being removed:

The touchscreen we currently use is the one shown in the i.MX6 SABRE
Lite picture, the HannStar HSD100PXN1-A00-C11.

It's not currently in stock. The Boundary Devices websites lists a few
more touchscreens, but we haven't validated them and to support them
some U-Boot changes would be needed to tweak the DTB on boot.

The virtual machine guidance is scattered over 3 pages, is poorly formatted
and a little out of date.

Check, update and merge the pages to make it more concise and relevant.
Move to it's proper location under `guides`.

Most of the docs are under the "docs" directory. Whilst the "docs" still
need to be sorted into the new categories, by moving the remaining
document not in this directory into it and patching up links, we can
remove the documentation page. Hugo automatically creates an index page
for us, so this simplifies the website a little with no real loss.

We plan to move the concepts from designs.a.o to the website. To lay the
foundations for this move, move documentation that was on the old wiki and
referenced from designs.a.o into `concepts/`. As these were referenced by
the designs, take them to be of equal importance to that information.

Add an index page that briefly describes what the concepts constitute,
basically topics that have been researched but not necessarily
implemented. Fix up any links that pointed to the location of the old
"concept designs".

Phabricator is a locked resource, only accessible by Collabora and Bosch
employees at this point. Remove this from the community page as it's not
accessible by those most likely to be reading this page.

The system startup document is out of date. Provide a brief updated
description of the Apertis boot process and move to a new "architecture"
section. Split out the boot analysis into its own document and move to a
new "guides" section. Remove the previously performed optimisations as
these describe patched in changes that no longer appear to be a part
of Apertis.

This document describes functionality that was added to the Tracker
package. Apertis is no longer shipping a modified version of Tracker,
so this functionality is no longer available.

There are a number of broken links on the website that can be replaced with
updated links pointing to the relevant information. Where this is not
possible reword documents to not rely on the links rather than having
broken links.

This page appears to be a status page for the implementation of D-Bus
resiliance. The page provides links to numerous fixed bug reports and test
cases, but no information that remains relevant approx 6 years since it
was authored.

Removed the page in increase clarity of information on Apertis website.

The phabricator workflow is not approriate for consumption by those not
inside Bosch or Collabora. The phabricator instance is password protected
and not accessible by the general public. Portions of this workflow also
do not make any sense outside a client relationship.

Move this content to the phabricator wiki where it is more relevant.

The Hugo Front Matter contains the title for each page, it is therefore
unnecessary to include a title as the first line in the markdown. Remove
the redundant titles to clean up page presentation.

Additionally we have a number of pages that have an initial title
"introduction", "intro" or similar. These are redundant so remove them too.

The release schedule for the next releases lists dates as "TBC". Update

The main page of the Apertis website was pointing at release schedules
of releases that had already been released and not pointing at the
currently released versions of Apertis. Whilst remedying this it became
apparent that we are storing the "current" versions in 3 different places
thus increasing the likelyhood that one will be missed on any update.

So:
- Merge the "release notes" and "release schedules" pages into a unified
  release page
- Point to this unified page and the current releases on the main page
- Update links as appropriate
- Add missing release schedules for next releases (with TBD dates for now)

Many of the document titles contain directory names and/or are missing
spacing between words. This has a number of effects:

- It gives users a bad impression of the quality of the information on the
  website
- It makes it harder for external search engines to catalog the contents
  of the website in a meaningful way
- Reduces the effectiveness of any local searching that we implement

Do an initial quick pass on the titles to make them more legible.

The statically generated site currently does not currently offer search
functionality. Whilst we could rely to a degree on search engines to index
the Apertis website (for example by using the provided integration of
Google Custom Search Engine) but it is expected that the website will be
used as the basis for more taylored sites by users of Apertis that may be
implemented out of the reach of the search engines indexing and thus
localised search is required.

Remove the Google search integration in the theme and instead integrate
local search based on the approach documented here:
