Adding minimal expected Apertis kernel configuration

Apertis expects certain functionality to be enabled regardless of
platform, namely:

- Apparmor
- cgroups
- iptables
- the functionality required by systemd

Add a draft of the minimal kernel configuration required as an appendix.
