license-exceptions: Fix table cell sizing in the PDF output
While HTML does a good job in autosizing the table cells, LaTeX fails
spectacularly on the tables that contains cells with more than plain text, as
libtool tables do.
In that case a fancier table environment is used, longtable, which does not really autosize its cells. Pandoc then sets the columns to be 50% wide each, resulting in a horrible layout with too much space in the left column which only contains the section names, and right column which is too narrow for its contents.
