It's a tool I use to clean up our packages, but I think it could be useful to others.
This tool, inspired by https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/routine-update, performs common cleanups in Apertis packages like:

I think we can merge these small fixes and keep an eye on the cache file issue.
I am not able to reproduce this issue, even by reverting 63111ae8 and using a bad cache file. Since this is maybe not a good fix, I dropped it from this MR and will propose it again in another MR.
