Due to different variety of hardware, Minnowboard Turbot Quad
needs an Ethernet driver which is not found in the shipped
modules. Therefore we ship all kernel modules and fine tune
it later if we need to shrink size even more.

the image as part of the image build job(s)

To make it possible to use the same Jenkins file in playground jobs for
testing and in production jobs for, well, proper builds detect whether
this is a "production" job vs a test. If it's not a production job don't
build/upload the docker image nor upload any other artifacts

It generates configuration file for container, pre-mount hook for
container and AppArmour profile. Template is compatible with LXC
upstream, so tools from LXC should be used to
create/start/stop/destroy the container.

The arm64 minimal image doesn't seem to fit; increase the base size
first so we can further diagnose the space usage later.

Make the image recipe for the minimal image just be 4G for easy
readability rather then a size in bytes. Also start the general
partition directly after the system one, making the layout internally
consistent. Potential future tweak would be to sync the uefi and the
u-boot layouts a bit more but that really has no big practical impact
